We offer bulk billed telephone consults to our existing patients who have visited the clinic face to face within the last 12 months (for MyMedicare registered patients the 12 month rule does not apply). Please select "Telephone Consult" when booking online or call us to make a booking. We will email medical certificates, pathology and imaging referrals to you and e-scripts can be sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
Transparency
Most services are bulk billed for Medicare card holders and OSHC policy holders.
These procedures are bulk billed for Medicare and OSHC patients. Fees are applicable to private patients only; however, biopsies and excisions may incur a fee for all patients.
We understand that circumstances change. However, patients who do not provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel their appointment may be charged a cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so we can offer the slot to another patient.
